== 2. Recruiting volunteers ==
=== a) Social media campaigns ===
* '''How:''' Post on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to reach young people interested in art, design and events. Use local volunteer groups, creative communities and school/university groups.
* '''Message:''' Highlight '''skills development''', '''practical experience''' and '''community involvement'''. Clearly describe available roles and responsibilities.
* '''Why:''' Accessible channels for young people interested in creative, cultural projects. Local impact and portfolio development are attractive opportunities.

* '''Why:''' NGOs already know people motivated to contribute to meaningful projects.

== 3. Coordinating and managing volunteers ==

* '''How:''' Prepare '''role descriptions''' covering duties, required skills and expectations. Ensure each volunteer knows their tasks and what is expected.
* '''Why:''' Clear direction supports effective work, stronger engagement and active contribution.

== Legal implementation note — Romania / EU ==
For activities governed by Romanian Law No. 78/2014, an eligible host signs a written agreement before work starts, maintains the register and prepares the volunteer activity and protection sheets. Volunteering is unpaid and does not replace paid work; provide training, coordination and safe conditions. Statutory volunteer certificates follow legal requirements and include an activity report; they differ from participation awards. Check age / work capacity and child protection; children are not automatically contractual volunteers. Handle volunteer data and photographs under GDPR.
